JOB PURPOSE

To increase copy and develop relationship with partners in the distributions channel in the assigned area to ensure that you are meet to set targets while maintain an optimal return level

RESPONSIBLITIES

-          Receive the newspaper from the head office and Mwanza plant and distribute to agents vendors ensuring that they receive their parcel

-          Monitors market arrival circulation and returns indicators  and makes  appropriate  reports to area manager

-          Monitor daily performance of our  brands in your assigned area of operations in comparison to our  competitors and make reports  that guise growth targets

-          To open up new  markets in your area of  operations that in run translate to increased copy

-          Actively solve the customers complains that rise within your area of operations  to maintain good customer relations and protect the company

-          Submit daily and weekly report on the progress of activities within your area as well as  your  progressive in meeting  your target

-          Effectively manage debt collection  and credit  control within  your areas of operations

-          Ability to work under  mini mum supervision

QUALIFICATIONS

-          University degree in business administration’s/   and marketing or equivalent

-          At least 2 years working  experience

-          Excellent communications skills computer literacy and familiar with brands

-          Driving motorcycle  and valid  driving license  is added advantage

-          A peasant personality team player and problems solving skills
