Job Description

-Deal with enquiries and room reservations made on the telephone, online or by email
- Check in and check out of guests using a computerized system
- Maintaining accurate information of guests
- providing all relevant hotel information while check in
- Providing final bill to guests
-Handling complains & enquiries

Position Requirements

-Fluent in English and Kiswahili
-Minimum Advance diploma holder
-Minimum one year experience
-Familiar with hotel softwares Fidelio,Ezee
-Confident & Good PR skills
-Flexibility
