DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Excellent English
• Driving license class c and good driving skills
• Great attitude and outgoing personality
• Working experience as resident guide
• Working experience in one of the following areas, Serengeti, Tarangire, Ruaha, Selous, Katavi
• Great knowledge and guiding skills
• Good self-image and preventability
• Great team working capacity
