Description
Responsible for: Main contact between Customers, Shops, Cashiers, and Head Office. Project a
professional company image through phone interaction.
Responsibilities;
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
• Log all calls/issues on the in-house computer system.
• Provide customer with product and service information.
• Identify and resolve customer issues using computer system.
• Assist Cashiers and Super Cashiers with queries.
• Mpesa payments assistance.
• Follow- up on customer inquiries not immediately solved.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Ensure store follow procedure in terms of staff uniforms, opening and closing times, customer
services, cleaning of stores etc.
• Report any store issues to the Junior Operations teams to check staff attendance.
• Identify stores that short staffed.
• Recognize trends in customer calls and report to the Junior and Senior Operations team.
• Manage the tv wall and assigned stores per shift – ensuring a frequent view of the shops and any
concerns that may arise with customer, cashier`s or equipment.
• Managing the weekly jackpot number change via the camera and by calling to confirm the
Jackpot numbers have changed.
• Managing the cleanliness of the shop via the camera view – if Cashiers don’t clean it is important
to remind them to.
• Daily check sheet calling to ensure all shop equipment is in working order per shift (Day or Night).
• Other duties as assigned
